Following the recent reforms to Part 213, the part of Michigan laws dealing with the cleanup of underground storage tanks, the old QC/CP “licensing” program housed in the Department of Environmental Quality was discontinued.  To prevent unqualified persons or companies from illegally doing UST cleanup work, there were certain requirements left in the law.
