DRIVE OFF DECAL ORDER FORM

 

We are selling the decals for a $1.00 per decal for members and $1.50 per decal for non-members.

These decals are the end result of a plan implemented by MPA/MACS to build an industry coalition to increase the penalty of drive offs, increase awareness of the seriousness of the crime, and to in list greater support from the law enforcement
community to enforce the law and slow down drive offs.
 

Back in 2000, legislation was introduced, passed and signed by the Governor that increases the penalty for the conviction of driving off without paying to make it a 6 month suspension of the person’s driver’s license. By displaying these drive off
decals, it should decrease by up to 50% statewide.
