Larry Galgoci (Chairman)

Larry Galgoci is owner of Galgoci Oil in Rosebush.  He is a thrid generation oil man, and has been a petroleum marketer for over 30 years.  He and his wife, Jan, who is also his partner in business, have been married for over 35 years and have three sons.  Prior to being elected as Chairman, Larry served as Vice Chairman.

Craig Hoppen (Vice Chairman)

Craig started with J & H Oil Co in 1984 with a position in the maintenance department.  Craig worked his way up through the company and later on, Craig moved into the retail division, managing stores and eventually was promoted to General Manager and then Vice President. In August 2008 Craig became President of J & H Oil after Jerry Hop retired.

Craig has served in volunteer positions for a wide variety of business and personal groups. These include MPA and his church.

Craig has been married to his wife Sherry for 24 years and they live in the Hudsonville area.  They have three children; daughters Abby & Olivia and Son Loren.

 Jerry Westgate (Treasurer)

Jerry is the Co-President of Wesco along with his brother Jim. Jerry joined the closely held second generation family owned business in 1976. He is a graduate of the Western Michigan University Petroleum Distribution program. Jerry has been the Chairman of the Michigan Petroleum Service Corporation and the Insurance Committee for the last 3 years. He is active in his church and also serves on the Board of Directors of NACS, and is on the Board of the Harbor Hospice in Muskegon. Jerry enjoys hunting and reading in his spare time, and lives in Muskegon with his wife and 3 children.

Dan Pohl (Secretary)

Taking the position of Secretary is our newest Officer, Dan Pohl of Pohl Oil Company in Westphalia. Dan is a 1987 graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. In the late ‘80’s Dan worked for Total Petroleum in Southfield. In 1990 he went to work for the family business and today is the President of Pohl Oil. Dan has been and is very active in several community or church leadership roles. Dan has held several positions related to Pohl Oil’s affiliation with Mobil Oil. Dan has also been the past President of the Central Michigan Oilmen’s Club, a Zone Director for MPA/MACS and has served on the MPA Michigan Petroleum Service Corporation. Dan lives in Westphalia with his wife Jennifer, daughters Kylen and Dani and son Anthony.
